Prior to founding Beacon Growth Consultants, Chris held sales and leadership roles at IDeaS, Zywave, OnSolve, and Paycor, where he built a track record that speaks for itself. He expanded pipeline from $2.7M to $14.2M at OnSolve, achieved 152% quota attainment as a Director of Sales, closed $1.336M against a $1M quota as a top enterprise rep, and managed a $20M ARR book of business. He has been recognized as Sales Leader of the Year at both OnSolve and Paycor, and earned Million Dollar Club and Top Revenue Producer honors at Zywave.
Chris founded Beacon Growth Consultants with a straightforward belief that early and growth-stage companies deserve access to the same caliber of sales leadership that larger organizations take for granted. Whether that means fixing a broken outbound motion, building pipeline discipline, or owning revenue strategy at the senior level, Chris brings an operator's mindset and a proven playbook to every engagement.
When he's not working with clients, Chris is based in the Cincinnati area where he lives with his wife Amy and their three children, Frank, Ava, and Mia.
